The staff and environment here are out of this world, I was nervous leaving my mother on her own at first but when I met the outstanding people that happily give their time taking care of these people I new she would get the care she needed. She LOVES it !!!

It is clear that the team at Grayson View Brookdale Senior Living is passionate about serving seniors and delivering exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a caring, supportive, and professional environment for their loved one. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Grayson View. A close friend’s family member stayed there, and the level of care, compassion, and professionalism provided by the entire team was truly exceptional. From the moment they arrived, the staff made them feel welcomed, respected, and valued. The caregivers and leadership team consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The community is clean, inviting, and creates a warm atmosphere that truly feels like home. Their communication with the family was excellent, providing reassurance and confidence that their loved one was receiving the attention and support they deserved. I truly respect this establishment, it’s not easy to work in and deliver quality healthcare but this team truly is impacting the lives they touch everyday.

"Exceptional experience overall. They made us feel at ease from the time we first called throughout our entire time here. The staff was amazing and caring. Gotta give a shout-out to Brookdale Grayson View Staff & Management. Mum is completely overjoyed with the Grayson experience. Patience, Care, Communication, Cleanliness & Professionalism are at the forefront to their approach and it work's! I am impressed but even more importantly, mom is too... Moving a loved one's residence is difficult, especially after 62 years in the same location. Grayson View made her feel at home from the moment she arrived. Thank-you to the G View Crew!
