Our family looked at ~10 assisted living establishments before selecting Bristol Village for Mom. Mom was fully engaged in that process and it could not have turned out better. She is greeted by name by all the staff and is cared for supberly. Her aides, particularly Shirley and Tammy, are awesome and caring in assisting Mom with her daily routines.<br><br>Mom is very pleased with the menu options, even getting to know the chef. We can't be more pleased in how well she is treated and cared for. Her medication needs are handled flawlessly by the nursing team. Also, every doctor's office visit is logged with a document completed by the physician so there is alignment in care.<br><br>The facility is nice, the staff is wonderful from reception to administration to maintenance. Bristol Village has been an excellent place for Mom to live after a decline in her ability to live alone. We are so thankful she is at Bristol Village, but more importantly, she is as well.

I am an estate attorney who acts as the power of attorney for many clients that do not have family members to act for them. During my 42 years of practice, I have had to place clients at various assisted living facilities through out Western New York, and I have come to know which ones, in my opinion, perform the best. I always recommend Bristol Village to my clients since in my opinion, they provide the best patient care and the most responsive administrative services when you have financial questions and decisions to make. They go above and beyond.

My close friend of 35 yr ( 69 yr old) developed Dementia /Alzheimers at age 57 . Working as an ICU registered Nurse for 35 yr- She was at home for 7 yr but started wandering - She has been at Bristal Memory care April 2021- we visited through screen window during Covid- She had had the most incredible care/socialization /freedom to walk unit / he own private room -Beautiful facility / inside/ our door court yards- secure unit- ( I am also a nurse of 43 yrs) I’m critical of institutionalized living - This place is Top Notch ! He r room is always immaculate!! Bathroom always clean -<br>She always looks dressed well and clean - I check her skin and it’s always been perfect- When she was sick she was seen right away and taken for care- Activities are on going and they take people to them - Workers know people by name - kind / considerate- I would love to be a resident there if I ever needed help- Highly recommend - You would be lucky to have your loved one there - they are safe and happy — Diane. travers 03/07/26

Absolutely can not say enough positive things about Bristol Village. My father was A resident<br>of this community in the memory care unit.<br>We were extremely pleased with the staff and the excellent care our father received.<br>Highly recommend!!

My Aunt was in Bristol Village Assisted Living for about 7 years. We were very pleased with our experience. We found the staff to be very friendly and attentive.<br>The facility is lovely and my Aunt always said the food was very good. I would recommend Bristol Village if you are considering Assisted Living or Memory Care for a loved one.
