I will try to get in touch with Ms. Turner to discuss this delicate and unfair matter.

Unfortunately, this facility has a major problem with foodservice and understaffing. Food consistently comes out under required temperatures. Serve Safe requires food to reach a minimum temperature of 140 degrees. The NY State health department should really investigate food preparation and handling at this facility. Plus, when a resident has a food complaint, the first response from an employee should be an apology and a resolution to the issue. No excuses. This facility has had numerous heads of foodservice that can’t meet minimum requirements. This is unacceptable. Residents are also aware of the fact that this facility uses the lowest cost, vendor branded ingredients for meals as shown in the food quality. Finally, this facility is understaffed and it shows. Residents call lights not answered. Residents face long wait times for basic assistance. Facility General Manager is virtually never around when issues need to be addressed. The corporation recently visited the facility but nothing has improved. Residents hold meetings but none of the administrators attend.<br>Follow up: This facility has not improved since the original review. In fact, it’s gotten worse. The quality of care is minimal at best. If you’re anticipating better care because the facility is located in Williamsville, think again. This facility is more like an inner city facility. The staff, Management, food quality, and cleanliness are all sub par. The facility needs a complete overhaul!
