The African American lady that runs the hairstylist section was very rude to my grandmother wanted to get a nice hair done. You should not be working at a place that involved vulnerable and sensitive humans. Shame on you

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience at Bristol Park at Cypress I had an absolutely outstanding experience visiting Bristol Park at Cypress. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this facility operates at a very high level of professionalism and care. The leadership team and administrators were truly amazing—welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to personally walk us through the entire facility, answering every question with patience and transparency. That level of attentiveness speaks volumes. The facility itself is extremely clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything was in place, and you could immediately feel a sense of structure and pride in the environment. What stood out the most, however, was the atmosphere among the residents. They appeared comfortable, engaged, and happy, which is the true measure of a quality care facility. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just provide care—they truly care about the people they serve. If you are looking for a place where professionalism, compassion, and excellence come together, I would highly recommend Bristol Park at Cypress without hesitancy. Michael P.

When my mom moved in apt was not ready. After a month and 1/2 I moved mom to memory care and I moved after two months. My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and medical director kept trying to send her to mental hospital. They put her mattress on the floor so she could not get up and wander. So my 89 year of mom would be crawling on the floor trying to get up! I spent the night there one night and found that at night they really have no help on the floor and the two that are there are supposed to be to wash clothes! Hilda the medical director has no heart for the families or loved one’s. I made arrangements to move my mom to a small facility the next day which was wonderful caring experience! I made a complaint with health and human services….what a joke!

I was a visitor and the name tag would not come off my sweater without coming off in pieces and shredding my sweater

Morena, the activities director, is the best! Her love for the residents shows every day with all the fun activities she coordinates. Holiday celebrations, birthday celebrations, weekly happy hour, bingo, walking club, etc.
