This place is the worst. They take advantage of the elderly and lie. They tell you a price is going to be this and go up even more and when you ask the financial director is rude and lies. You get told one thing by her, another by the nurse and another by the director. The food is horrible. They tell you they are going up on a level of care but they do nothing for this resident. If I could give it -10, I would. They lied to get us in here. If you care about your family, take them elsewhere. I have been so disappointed in this place with the lies and the way this place is ran!!’

The facility is so nice and the staff is incredible. If you are looking for assisted living or memory care I recommend that you give Bristol Park a look.

I have an Aunt I visit there. I feel it is the nicest facility of this type that I have visited over the years. It is clean and the staff is kind and caring to the folks who live there as well as visitors!
