I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the compassion, dignity, and tenderness you showed my father in his final days. Your presence brought comfort during a moment that felt impossibly heavy, and I will always remember the care you extended to him and to our family. I want to especially thank your nurse manager for arranging the space and support that allowed my father to spend his final moments surrounded by the people who loved him most. That gift—of peace, connection, and presence—is something we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. My sisters and I had no idea how to navigate the decline of our dads health. There were so many things we needed to do to get him into a care facility, they said he would need to be on hospice and we had no idea where to even start. I called Bristol and the person on the phone was so kind and caring, it made me choose them for his care. Then when we decided to move on getting hospice going Kristin was on top of everything for us. She found us a place and just took control of it all. We would not have gotten what we needed without her. My dad will be forever missed and we will be forever grateful for the Bristol team.

I can’t say enough good things about them! Were so attentive and always answered any questions or got a call back within or less then 5 minutes. Our CNA was so nice she was so patient all the staff was they understood this was a hard time for us and tried to make it just a little easier! So thankful my grandpa had an amazing team for his last week. Thank you is just not enough to say would 1000% recommend the support was amazing not just for us the family but for him.

Bristol Hospice has taken personalized and compassionate care to an entirely new level. Each and every interaction from the initial assessment by the director to the in home visits by the CNA’s and Nurses could not have been more professional and loving. We always felt we could reach out for the next level of options in the care of our father. The home delivery pharmacy made the process of getting the most up to the minute medication changes very easy on us as a family. It is easy to make the strongest recommendation possible to this amazing team of caregivers and new found friends.

Bristol Hospice care came into our lives at the perfect time. We had reached a point in my mother's care where we were uncertain about the best course to follow. We contacted Bristol Hospice and they came and offered care to my mother and needed support to my father. The care and support Bristol extended to both my parents was genuine. They were able to offer medication that helped keep my mom pain free. They were constantly watching for her comfort. They helped and taught the family how to keep her clean. I cannot say enough good about Bristol Hospice. They really were earthly angels. Mike Talbert
