This facility is certainly beautiful and contains all of the amenities that anyone could imagine; however, the communication from the management staff, the Executive Director and the Director of Health and Wellness are poor. Our family has left many messages for all of the above and have not received a return call or an email in response to our inquires and concerns. In addition to the internal staff the facility’s doctor, Dr. Iqbal, does not respond to any messages that are left at his office.
