Great company, nurses and staff. Friendly helpful and good with communication. Gave 4 stars because I wish they could ensure nurses arrived on time. Always took care of complaints promptly and professionally. Highly recommend!!

These past few years have been such a challenge for the healthcare industry - Brightstar has been such an integral partner in providing supplemental, essential care for our residents. I can’t say enough about the tireless hours of Thursa and Melinda, these schedulers purely run on an executive level! They are fun and make the stress a little more tolerable.
