Great company, nurses and staff. Friendly helpful and good with communication. Gave 4 stars because I wish they could ensure nurses arrived on time. Always took care of complaints promptly and professionally. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Bright Star Home Health Care. They go above and beyond to provide great care 24/7. I've only ever had great interactions with them. Kimberly, Amina, and Anna in the office have always made me feel welcome. They work hard daily to provide care and safety to others. Thank you for all that you do! These past few years have been such a challenge for the healthcare industry - Brightstar has been such an integral partner in providing supplemental, essential care for our residents. I can’t say enough about the tireless hours of Thursa and Melinda, these schedulers purely run on an executive level! They are fun and make the stress a little more tolerable. Their staff are reliable and add such a piece of mind across the organization. 🥰 we continue to thank the family of Brightstar and their representation that we have counted on during our times of need!
