We have had Denise here in our home taking care of my husband. She's absolutely amazing at her job. Denise is caring and so compassionate and would listen to my husband. He enjoyed that she would talk to him and not at him. The world needs more Care Givers like her. I thank her sincerely for coming here. Denise has become a regular caregiver at our home. She's absolutely amazing. Bright Star should start a program with all new caregivers and have Denise be their instructor. She's top notch and could teach the new people. It would be an asset for Bright Star to have a staff taught by her.

Overall, I am very grateful to have my father's care be with BrightStar. I have been extremely pleased with the office staff and their patience with all of my questions. The office staff has been easy to reach and cooperative when needing to reschedule due a scheduling conflict. My father's caregiver, Lydia, is phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better fit for my father, and it is clear that she an experienced and caring caregiver.

My 2 caretakers are the best to me, they are Isabel and Carol and they take the best of care for me I am a Widowed Vietnam Veteran and I couldn't find more professional than they are to me.
