The people at this facility lead with their hearts to serve many, including those who have been marginalized by the streets of Tucson. The good people here, from the front desk staff, to the clinical staff, and up to the administrative staff, have one goal in mind. They all participate in providing quality care that dignifies each resident. This type of care has led many of them back into society with new purpose, ambition, and skills to thrive. From the moment I walked in the door approximately one year ago to visit my friend JL, I was greeted with warmth and support from both Francine and Phedra. I knew at that point that my friend was in the right facility! Furthermore, I have witnessed these gals go out of their way to serve my friend, other residents, and families with the tender hearts of servants. Thank you, Villa Maria, for being the hands and feet of Our Lord Jesus 🙏🏻.

I WOULD NOT recommend this facility at all. They left my sister sitting in her dirty diapers, as well as the lady in the next bed for 2 hrs. No one paid attention to her. She was supposed to get a shower and again left her in her chair for 2 hrs and NEVER got her shower. We asked if they could arrange for transportation to go home and they refused. The place was very unsanitary. Finally we pulled up our SUV, again we were refused help, pulled out our wheelchair, loaded her up and left. They would not help us get her out of bed, or even get her into our vehicle. If you love someone, DO NOT send them here.
