I used BRIGHTSTAR to stay with my husband while I went on vacation. Kempress and Robertina were great with him as he is non-speaking and total care. I received good reports from our full-time lady (non BRIGHTSTAR employee) who relieved these ladies, that my husband slept well while in their care. Usually he doesn't. I would recommend these ladies to care for your loved ones as they were both kind and respectful to my wishes when it came to my husband.

I wanted to take a moment to express how much I truly appreciate Dounia as the primary nurse. She has been the backbone of this case, especially during the ongoing scheduling gaps. She consistently steps in, works extremely hard, and supports us in ways that go far beyond what is expected. Her dedication is the main reason I’ve been able to stay patient through the staffing challenges, even though it’s becoming very difficult. I also want to acknowledge the fact that she check in on me. She has been amazing — always checking in, covering whenever she can, and making sure we’re okay. She has shown exceptional commitment to our family. I hope the company is recognizing her efforts and showing her the appreciation they deserve. Employees like her make a huge difference, and I want you to know how grateful I am for everything she do. Not everyone would go above and beyond the way she have, and I hope that is reflected in how the company supports and rewards her. She has been incredible to our family especially when I was in the hospital giving birth I was gone for seven day she supported my husband and I really want to know how much our family members appreciated her

Highly recommend. We love Rachel (our caregiver) and how responsive and easy to work with everybody else on staff is. Meagan was great with scheduling and coming right out and very easy to work with for doing all the intake work. We only have positive things to say :)

All the people at BrightStar Care have been Fantastic towards the Care of our Daughter April. She has received incrediably kind extremely attentive consistent and patient care provided by Daniela, Kimberly and Jennifer of our Bright Star Caregiving Team along with great care plan development and oversight by Meagan, the RN Clinical Supervisor assigned to her. The Customer Care Staff has also gone the extra mile to provide help and support on a weekly basis. We would highly recommend BrightStar Care to any Family that needs help providing care for a loved one.

We have had wonderful experience with Brightstar nursing! I would recommend them to anyone looking! Deanna is great with handling the patient care and advocating for my daughter’s needs! Our nurse Anna has been with us since the day we left the hospital with a trach and she has helped our family in more ways than just being an amazing nurse to our daughter! Couldn’t have asked for a for a better set of nurses that are on my daughter’s care!
