Please I urge you please do not trust this particular branch in Sterling Heights with your family many people have died of Covid because of the poor care They don’t treat their clients with care nor respect as they did not treat their former employees with respect and care

Excellent instructions given by nurse Angela. We are seniors having to learn to give weekly infusions to a family member with myasthemia gravis.

My mother was hospitalized in August of 2019 when I was bombarded with the possibility of a sudden discharge. As our family could not provide supervision due to work obligations, I called a few agencies in hopes we could hire help. The staff assured me over the phone they were ready to help and initiate services as soon as we needed, even the next day if needed! Luckily we ended up having a couple of weeks to prepare afterall but they followed through 100% with everything they said they would. This included the start date, hours of supervision/assistance, what the expectations were, what safety issues we were concerned about regarding my mother. Even when a staff member was ill, Lucia Rogers, one of the owners, came to my mom's house on time and assisted for that day. Our needs were only short term but we are grateful for everyone's help. Great follow through, always available to take your call, reliable, and friendly. Thank you, Bright Star Sterling Heights.
