BrightStar of Clinton was an incredibly terrible experience. Christian told me to call or text (gave me his cell) ANYTIME to set up an evaluation and eventual home health aid for my dying father, which could be completed and implemented within days of the request. After multiple attempts at reaching him, I gave up. Only to be called several days later by another individual...not to mention the fact that the rates are twice the rates quoted by other companies. Atlantic Health, my first choice, was overloaded with requests, but they furnished me with multiple agencies that could accommodate and they always got roght back to me. When a loved one is dying it is a particularly vulnerable time. Use an agency that cares...

The team at Brightstar Somerset exceeded my expectations! My beautiful little Aunt and I were in a sudden, difficult predicament, and the team were right there with us, helping at every stage. Wise, caring, and sincere - can not ask for a better combination of individuals who truly believe in providing the best care for their clients. And to them, the client - and the family - are real people to be respected and cared for. The Brightstar Somerset team are true compassionate professionals. Mya has been such a blessing on several occasions taking my mom to my nieces wedding and her sisters funeral. She’s so caring and loving and kind. I know my mothers in great hands with Brightstar. We don’t have to worry about her care and safety. Mom is well taken care of.
