I was so happy with Bright Star and especially with Mame. We visited two different museums, and I used a wheelchair both on the sidewalks and throughout the museums. Mame was absolutely amazing. She handled the wheelchair with incredible strength, pushing me up inclines when needed and always paying close attention to uneven terrain and other obstacles to ensure my safety and comfort. She also went above and beyond when it came to the museum tickets, making sure we had access to all of the available resources and accommodations. Throughout the day, Mame was kind, intelligent, and genuinely caring. She happily helped take photos, read maps, and guide us through each location, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend Mame to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and exceptional guide

Bright Star Care has made my transition from Infusion Clinic to at-home nursing so easy. My nurse, Maria, has been my constant connection with receiving my infusions. She gets here, immediately prepares everything needed, explaining any changes to our routine and then I’m hooked up quickly. She is friendly, efficient and always professional. The time flies by and then she puts everything back neatly and takes the used equipment to the garbage. Maria, and Bright Star are excellent at what they do!

My family has been using brightstar for a few months already and they've done a great job with providing daily care for our parent. Melissa W is very compassionate, knowledgeable and a fabulous communicator. She does a great job coordinating a complicated schedule. And the caregivers have been phenomenal (most especially Tatiana!) Everyone is very caring. Thanks for all your help! Dave
