I am very pleased with the staff at Brightstar. They do an excellent job in making sure my mom is taken care of. I am exceptionally grateful for her caregiver Jamal Lane. He has worked with my mom and has helped to increase her physically capacity. I never have to worry about my mom when he is there and he doesn’t mind doing the little things for her to put a smile on her face. Thanks so much you guys are awesome!

I have been working with my new caregiver Ebony. It has been a breath of fresh air, it seems like all the personnel that have worked with me has been so pleasant and accommodating. I have been working with the Monroeville office, since May 01, 2018. My current Caregiver Ebony, is very courteous, takes initiative. She does 2 hr. checks to make sure I'm OK, and to see if I need anything as well as what part of the house she will be in. Todd
