I cannot say enough good things about working with Taylor as my Occupational Therapist over the course of these last 3 months! She was so flexible, coming to work with me in 2 different locations. Taylor carefully assessed my needs and included my future goals in my treatment. Communication was excellent as well! Happy to highly recommend Taylor!

Bright Star was very important in my healing and recovery success from a fractured tibia and broken leg! Marvin worked with me on my physical therapy and was exceptional! He was always professional and had my needs in mind at all times! Highly recommend!

Your nurse Yasmine Carson has been an angel sent from Heaven. She has been so compassionate, patient, thorough, and loving. She and her family are now our family. Thank you Brightstar for having such quality nurses! This beautiful lady deserves a bonus for coming out in the ice and snow, but also just for being such a wonderful employee! THANK YOU!!!!!!💜 Lisa

After a hospital stay it was determined I needed just a bit more care for a few days. Every one I have had any dealings or interactions with has been amazing and just so kind to me. Being sick can be traumatizing. Your staff where comforting and compassionate and knew what they were doing. But, my nurse Yasmine Carson RN was sooo amazing! I had the pleasure of having her for several of my visits. She was professional and caring and I felt she truly had concern for my over all well being. She is definitely a special kind of person. She has a way to make you feel better and look forward to getting better. She has a very soothing healing energy just all around her. I have enjoyed having her in my home helping me recover. I hope the administration at Bright star realize how many special people they have working for them. Thank you again to my favorite Nurse Yasmine.

BrightStar of Cary provided excellent professional 24/7 Caregiver services for my Mother-In-Law. Their staff was attentive to her needs, engaged her in conversation, helped her with personal hygiene, encouraged her to attend community activities, took her to meals, prepared lunches and snacks, and a myriad of other care details. They truly cared for her as if she were a close family member. It was comforting to us that we frequently received very positive comments from community staff and other residents regarding Mom's caregivers. The owner and his administrative staff were very responsive to any questions or comments we made to enhance Mom's care. We highly recommend BrightStar to anyone looking for Caregiver services for a loved one.
