During an incredibly difficult time with the eminent passing of my mother, you guys were phenomenal. Everyone of you that dealt with me and my family and my mama were spot on and top-notch in your respect and confidentiality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a situation I wish I didn't have to endure! Thank you so much, and please remember, no matter how hard the day, even the little things that you do matter so much to the families! Thank you for being incredible.

Our family has unfortunately had experience with hospice care before when my father was placed on home hospice care through a different company, so we understand first and how important the quality of care, communication, and compassion truly are during such a difficult time.

Our experience with hospice care changed completely with Brightmoor when Erin became my mother-in-law’s nurse. Because of this experience, I can honestly say that the care Erin has provided for my mother-in-law has been exceptional in every possible way.

What stands out most about Erin is her genuine compassion. She does not just “do her job” she truly cares about her patients and their families and I truly believe that she wants to make a difference. Every visit feels thoughtful, comforting and personal. Erin has an incredible bedside manner that immediately puts everyone at ease, especially my mother-in-law. Erin treats her with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect every single time she walks through the door. She teases and jokes with her and gets a smile from grandma. Not many people can get her to smile and laugh.

Beyond her compassion, Erin’s level of care is exceptional. She is attentive, knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly thorough. She notices the little things, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure we understand what’s going on and what to expect. She takes notes and puts everything down in a notebook. The difference in care since Erin became involved has been undeniable.

What amazes my wife and I the most is that even though Erin only works part-time (2 days a week), she is still more available and responsive than anyone we’ve encountered and worked with at Brightmoor. If we text or call with a concern, she responds quickly and never makes us feel like we are bothering her even on her days off. Knowing she is there when we need guidance or reassurance has brought my wife and I a tremendous peace of mind.

Erin has become more than just a nurse to us, she feels like someone you genuinely trust and want in your corner during one of life’s hardest moments. People like Erin are rare. She represents the very best of what hospice care should be, and Brightmoor Hospice is incredibly fortunate to have her on their team. Erin is always going above and beyond in the care she provides not just medically but emotionally. One moment that really stands out is when she brought a cake to celebrate her 91st birthday. A simple, thoughtful gesture that meant so much to our family and made the day feel special. The attention to the little things truly make a difference.

If anyone at Brightmoor is reading this: Erin deserves to be recognized for the extraordinary work she does. She has made a lasting impact on our family, and we will always be grateful for the compassion, dedication, professionalism and love she has shown grandma.

My mom was there 3 days b4 she passed. My rating is based on the fact the nursing staff is very in sensitive. The facility is clean and nice but do they care ? It didnt seem like it to me. With the exception of the chaplain

Our family was so grateful that The Brightmoor Hospice was recommended to us by Piedmont Newnan Hospital when it was clear that our 93 year old mother neared the end of her like. Their staff was compassionate and gentle as they guided us through this difficult and unfamiliar time. We were in their hospice facility in Griffin only three days before Mom passed but that was enough for us to know that we would recommend Brightmoor
without reservation as navigator through the dying process.
Jennifer and Victoria and their chaplain were outstanding. Thank you.
Laurie James
