Thankfully my family was able to come see my mom almost every day. The day she passed away she was actively having a stroke when I got there and they were going to put her to bed. They wanted to call the doctor for labs but only after I said that she was having a stroke. Never called 911. Called a transport instead because they didn't believe me. She died 6 days later. I can only imagine what would have happened if we hadn't been there. She would have been completely alone, scared, and in pain. When we got to the hospital, we found meds in her bed. When I called the DON, she said your mom would have died anyway......To reply to your comment about me speaking with the administrator. I have and was transferred to the DON.
