Too many people have died or almost died due to avoidable mistakes lately. My papaw was one of them so I may be biased. Leitchfield, Owensboro, Louisville. I’m not saying those hospitals are perfect, but life is much too precious to risk just because this hospital is convenient and local.

This facility is a hidden jewel. Coming from over an hour away has proven to be an excellent choice. Warm, caring staff that can't do enough for you. I can truthfully say, I have been blessed to have had my surgery and recovery happen here. I highly recommend to anyone.

Last night I was in so much pain I was bent over.i went to etown hospital fist they treated me like shit so I left.i was in too much pain so I knew I couldn't go home I had to be seen I live in irvington and came to Breckenridge hospital about six o'clock bracher montel was working the way i understood it it was his first night back.wonderful doctor he didn't send me home with pain meds but did treat me there.am so thankful.cause I was in so much pain I couldn't see straight. Send me home with meds that would help the problem.i hope they keep this doctor he's a very understanding and caring doctir

My father has been a patient in the emergency room frequently over the past few weeks, twice those visits ended with inpatient admissions. In addition, my daughter has also visited the emergency room and was admitted. Each visit, they were met with compassion and had nothing but wonderful things to say of all the staff. We are so grateful for BHI.

Went to the er twice. First time, I had high blood pressure in which they wouldn’t do anything for until my pulse was dangerously high 2 days later. Donahue refused to give me meds until the second time I went! Super please with the second visit, but it was completely avoidable if he had just treated it first. Now I have 2 hospital bills coming my way. Nurses and staff was lovely, just wish I was treated better the first time.
