If you are looking for a local place to send your loved ones, especially if they need their therapy services and intend on taking them back home, Breathitt Health and Rehab of the place to go. I was in a devastating car wreck in 2024 where I had bilateral femur fractures and when I was able to go to therapy, I quickly transitioned from a wheelchair, to a walker, to a cane, then to walking again with no additional help. It took me about 13 months to regain my independence but I could not have done it without the constant support of the staff and interdisciplinary team at Breathitt Health & Rehab!!

My mother has been in this facility twice for rehab to home. She had 2 hip replacements and both times had been treated with respect and dignity. I appreciate the whole staff, cna, nurses, dietary, therapy, activities and housekeeping. They were all so good to her and me. I would send any of my family here and plan to in the future. Thank you Breathitt Health and Rehab.

Would not even send my dog here. 0 stars but of course that is not an option to select. Currently sitting in hospice watching my mom die thanks to their neglect. If you value your loved ones I do not recommend sending them here.
