They’ve done a great job caring for my mom who’s 91 years old for the last couple of years, very warm, nurturing and professional all in one. Very professional in the way that Yancy Paet handled everything. I was referred to Yancy by a licensed nurse neighbor when I was trying to figure out how I was going to get to a surgical treatment requiring supervision at time of pickup and delivery back to my home. Yancy was recommended with documentation of his organization. Due to my particular circumstances only requiring half a day time to get me to my appointment and back home again Yancey himself came to pick me up and we had very good discussions before and after my appointment. I am very grateful that this service was available in my time of need because I'm dealing with a car accident and do not have the convenience of someone to simply pick me up and drop me off let alone wait. Most likely I will be having future treatments due to the extent of my injuries and will be calling upon Yancy again in the future.

Yancy was Paula were just great. Yancy the owner, went with me to hospital, waited for me while I had my procedure then drove me home. He stated all day until 730 when Paula came. He was very kind and trustworthy. I could tell he truly cared. Both of them were very attentive, caring and professional. I highly recommend Breakthrough Personal Home Care. If I ever need home care services again, I WILL DEFINITELY call Yancy again. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Breakthrough personnel have cared for my 99-year-old mother for the last one year plus. It has been a very positive experience for both my mother and for me as her son and observer. The ladies who have cared for my mom have been very kind, gentle, resourceful, and patient. The management at Breakthrough has been very conscientious about making sure that my mom’s care was appropriate, safe, and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Breakthrough team for elderly and disabled health care needs. They are very professional, and do their very best to accommodate the patients in every way possible.
