Choosing an assisted living facility for a loved one is a stressful choice. Some of the older reviews here concerned us, but we noticed the more recent ones told a different story. And a family friend said her Mom received great care here. Well, from the first interaction with Kara we knew that we made the right choice. My mother-in-law has been at Braswell's Chateau Villa for the last nine months and the care has been exceptional. Really all of the staff have been sympathetic, professional and understanding of her particular needs. I don't know how they find the patience, but I'm glad they do. The facility is not new, but it is well maintained and it shows. We are grateful for the concern that has been shown to her by the administrator Melanie and the always helpful Melissa. We're thankful that we found Braswell and it was right in Redlands, where Mom wanted to be. The place she was born almost 88 years ago. We are indebted to Kara in particular who has been there for Mom and for us when we've encountered health challenges and hiccups along the way. To us, she is the loving heartbeat of the place. We definitely recommend that if you’re looking for an assisted living facility that cares about its residents, that you check them out for yourself. -Jay and Lori Wiegmann
