Stay: 2019-2026<br>Update: 2026<br><br>I am updating my previous positive review of Brandywine Senior Living due to significant changes that have occurred since at least 2024. During this time, there have been substantial corporate and management transitions, and the organization is no longer the same as it once was.<br><br>There has been frequent turnover in leadership at multiple levels, including the Executive Director and Nursing Directors.<br><br>This level of ongoing change raises concerns and is something prospective residents and their families should carefully consider.<br><br>I strongly recommend that anyone evaluating Brandywine Senior Living have a direct conversation with current management to better understand the present state of the community before making a decision.<br><br>Despite these concerns, I want to emphasize that Brandywine Senior Living is home to many wonderful and caring staff members. Several team members have impressively long tenures and truly help create a welcoming environment for residents and their families.<br><br>One outstanding star is the longtime Life Enrichment Director, who goes above and beyond for residents and their families, offering far more than event coordination through their deeply personal touch.<br><br>The always pleasant long-term Business Director is another asset, consistently providing any necessary paperwork, no matter how challenging the request.<br><br>Brandywine also demonstrated exceptional care and transparency during COVID, offering detailed weekly updates that included summary statistics for both residents and staff—an approach that was both extraordinary and reassuring.<br><br>My mother thrived at Brandywine for nearly six years, and for that, I am extremely grateful.

Brandywine was such a positive experience for our family. My Mother thrived in their care. She loved her apartment and being surrounded by her things. For our family, the peace of mind that she was happy and well cared for was wonderful. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Brandywine. Her six and a half years there were wonderful and we miss the staff that became like family.

All staff are friendly and caring! They know every guests names. My dad has only been there a little more than a week and likes it. Great food and he loves going to the movies. We choose Brandywine because we had relatives there a few years ago and they loved it. Thank all of you for all you do!
