A family member lived here for about 3 years. The room set up was super nice and was not small at all. The cafeteria employees could not be nicer. The care/communication was absolutely HORRIBLE! Price went up and care went down. Our family always having to hear the excuse we are short staffed. I wonder if the management of Brandywine Communities would want their loved ones being cared for like this???

I am so happy my grandmom is moving out of this place. 3 different times her face got infected to where her eyes were swollen and it looked like a chemical burn and the staff reported that they "didn't notice". How don't you notice when you have multiple staff members supposedly checking in on their residents. They sat down my mom and uncles for their "yearly review" - my grandmom has been there 3 years and this is the first review ever! This place is extremely expensive and they should do a better job! My family has expressed their frustration with the service here and it has only fallen on deaf ears. Lastly, I find it funny that the moment my family posts a bad review, they now have six 5 star reviews in a matter of hours....wonder how real those reviews are!

Absolutely love this place. My Grandmother speaks very highly of all the staff and really enjoys all the activities. She is very happy here and that is the most important thing to me. My family is very pleased with her care and love the way she thrives here. We would recommend it here for anyone's family members.
