My husband was placed into this facility by a hospital. What a place this is!!! Omg!! My husband was only there for 4 hours cause of his dementia & aggressiveness they didn’t keep him there sent him to Kernersville Medical Center,, for there was no physician there for his need for the weekend!!!!the place is a dump,, it stinks in there. A dog wouldnt even stay in there that’s how bad it really is. Had to get a lawyer to get money back. For my husband was there only for 4 hours. They charged me over $7,000,, please do not even contempt to place your loved one in this place!!! The staff is very bad,, I made several phone calls they never returned my calls. What a disgrace it is!!! They should be shut down!!!! No loved ones deserve to experience this type of place and care.

Staff is well maintained. Needs extra cook, servers, house keepers, laundry staff, increase pay for employees, needs more reliable transportation (Large Van) that has a lifter for wheelchairs and mobile chairs for the handicap, and mobile scooter chairs (buses). It's alright for a temporary move but, don't make it a permanent resident for your love ones.

Shouldn’t even give this place one star I wouldn’t take my dog here. The only reason why one of my loved ones was here was because of circumstances that none of the family were able to care for them, and then he passed away and they didn’t even call and tell us that he passed away. They would never call and let us know how he was doing or anything like that. Only when we would call that’s when we would know something. This place should be shut down and never be able to open ever again. We live an hour and a half away. We tried getting them to move him. We had four different places where we live at that would take him, and they would not move him closer to us. They don’t even know what funeral home they sent him to either. So if you care for your loved ones, please whatever you do, do not put them at this facility!!! Also, if you have a loved one here, you might want to try finding somewhere else for them!! 😡😡😡

If I could give them a minus five I would. I had a family member neglected, and lied upon by staff of this horrific place. They would document medication being given, without actually being given to my family member. They do not treat their patients with the respect and dignity they so much deserve. If you are looking for a loving home for your loved one, this is NOT the place!

My family member is kind, loving, funny and sweet so you would think that people (Med Techs and management; Michael-Toni-Dawn) would treat her with respect and also be kind, yet they continue to treat her as if she’s a nonissue. The staff has lied on medical records, lied about the level of care they are giving, lied about falls, lied about things being stolen from my grandma, etc. So if you are wanting your family member to be well taken care of, to get the right medicine, to be treated with respect take your family somewhere else.. The management staff is not responsive to care concerns (not being taken to the bathroom, the correct medicine being given, being soaked in urine, etc etc etc..) Also they do not hire people with the correct training, they continue to hire ‘personal care assistance’ not TRAINED CNAS. Also side note: There are two 5 STAR reviews from management staff on here from Toni & Dawn. (Which I have reported) If your family has limited care needs and can do many things on their own, this place may work for you. BUT if your family member needs more care, please consider finding a place with better trained staff and caring management!
