This place doesn’t deserve not even a star how they treat my sister they left her in urine and poop she was trying to get help no one showed up à color lady went and told her not sure if nasty or sick but she didn’t deserve this kind of service wait I’m calling the state cause this is not right

I've had a good experience at Boulder Creek. I've lived here 5 years. They have a very supportive staff. We have 24/7 nursing support, CNA's and nurses. We have wound care, podiatry, dentistry, XRay, optometry, Respiratory Therapists, maintenance, laundry, 3 meals a day and snacks. We have a nice courtyard with flowers. The majority of the rooms have showers. We also have vending machines for those who want to buy snacks. We also have an activities calendar with fun things to do everyday.

Great place to recovery after surgery when you need a little bit less than a regular hospital room.<br>I have been here five weeks ( starting May 2026) Staff is great here. I want to recognize Frida, who is a certified nurse assistant (CNA). She goes full circle in helping out me and other patient's. She knows what I need before I even ask.

I had a great experience at Boulder Creek Post Acute. The staff are professional, friendly, yet firm to ensure patients were receiving the best therapy. I really appreciate that the medical staff listen to the patients and explain things like the exercises and the food. It helps educate the patients.
