I had the misfortune of breaking my leg and unable to walk for 6 weeks. Due to my immobility, the hospital suggested short term rehab prior to going home. I immediately recalled a facility my Father utilized in 2018 after being hit by a drunk driver and the AMAZING experience we had learning to care for him. My experience at Boswell Transitional Care has been equally amazing and my care nothing short of remarkable. The nurses, Dr's, PT & OT therapists all the way to the cleaning, administrative including Blake & Maria the gracious lady who helped keep me tidy with a much appreciated shower are all "the top of the line" in their fields. I was taught how to more readily care for myself & traverse my home safely, perform everyday tasks that are now cumbersome & more important... Go home safely and heal. If you are in need of rehab, do yourself a favor and request Boswell Transitional Care for a successful recovery.

Nursing has been excellent with getting my medications in a timely manner. Therapy is extremely exceptional! The activities have been really enjoyable to participate in and get me out of my room. I really enjoyed playing bingo!

Stayed two weeks after hip fracture surgery. The stay was fully covered by insurance. I found the nursing staff wonderful, physical therapy motivating. Occupational therapy (Celeste) was a godsend who helped me determine how to make my home safe for me in it. The beds are not comfy when you’re in the day after day but you won’t go hungry-the food is decent and varied and they put a lot of thought into their menu.

Very satisfied with my experience. I've been here for 2 weeks, so far, after a bad fall and 5 days in the hospital. The food is very good here with nice variety. And even better than the food is the PT and OT therapy. All the therapists have been great. I have had to learn to walk again and I'm 80 years old. They have me walking with a Walker all over this place. I will definitely recommend this facility.

All I have to say is I wish I don’t have to leave because I really feel comfortable like home. I will live there if i can. I’m completely myself while stay in Boswell because the environment allow me to be. Iam grateful for everyone kindness, friendliness and always helpful . Thank you to all CNAs and nurses especially my favorite girl Carolina; therapy team Lucas, Lana, Katie, Sarah, Jacob, Mandy, Joy and Kenny. Rehab here is fantastic and works as a team. Im also very grateful to Seneca, social worker for helping me apply for long term care and such a sweetheart. My best wishes to everyone there, including activities team, front desk, drivers and dietary for accommodating me with fresh fruit everyday. At Boswell, they will keep you busy throughout the day with stretching,Bingo in the morning besides therapy and ice cream social every Thursday, live entertainment on special occasion.I also enjoy going to their patio to get sunlight with the help from Aster and OBriana from front desk . All i feel is kindness at Boswell. About the building,you don’t have to worry. It’s spacey, clean and every room has a window so you can have fresh air and sunlight shines through which is important to me. They also have in house transportation that can drive you to all medical appointments. I’m only rate services if I either extreme satisfied or dissatisfaction with service , and Boswell is prior. I absolutely completely recommended to anyone that needs to find a place of care for their love ones. I know how it feels to be depressed due to staying at awful miserable nursing facility like I was 4 years ago after my stroke.Everyone deserve the best of care and be comfortable.Boswell delivery it.
