I have never known a company that gave such poor services to their clients. People were who were trusted for the care of those who couldn't care for themselves completely failed. Inmates in a prison get better care to make it at Bonaventure, I'm totally disgusted with the care that my aunt got in memory care. She was hurt repeatedly and finally said come to her wounds. Is it a pretty facility yep it is is the care good absolutely not. I wouldn't let them take care of my dog. Not even the neighbors annoying dog. Totally unacceptable!

Hi! Yeah, your phone transfer issues are connecting phone calls for you to my phone!<br>I received 12 missed calls at 12am while my phone was on do not disturb, and a pissed off voicemail from a woman about an emergency with a patient, and then missed calls from St. Peter's hospital! I stumbled out of bed at 2am to go check on my kids worried someone had snuck out and been injured! So, thanks for that!<br>Wide awake now from the scare, I took my phone of do not disturb so I would receive the next call and be able to tell them what was happening. 3am. It is 3am and I got two very confused phone calls from someone named Logan at St Pete's hospital.<br>So now I'm just laying here wondering who died or is dying tonight and no one knows about it because of whatever you use to transfer your calls. I predict another one star review is coming your way soon.<br>I'll remove mine when you respond that the issue has been fixed. I recommend switching companies because this same thing happened a few years ago too with your calls being forwarded to my personal phone number.

I really like Bonaventure in Lacey. I find having 1 building that provides Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care is an excellent way for Residents to get all the care they require. Having 1 building vs multiple buildings, allows residents to participate in the various activities offered daily. The building is clean and well maintained. Bathrooms for staff are always clean and adequately supplied. In addition, the food is excellent and the menu offers many options. Wait staff are well trained and very polite and professional.<br>As a caregiver, I would choose Bonnaventure as the retirement community of choice for individuals looking for a retirement community.
