Our Family will forever be grateful for the loving care that Blissful Cottage provided . The entire staff gave my Mom such wonderful care . We loved so many things that were unexpected , like the spa bath and how my Mom got to listen to music and have her coffee while bathing and how the staff would cook and bake together and then invite us to eat with them . It was truly an amazing experience and so clean and bright and cheery ! Thank you Mandi , Kaili and Brandi and Olivia and ALL other staff that made my Mom feel so comfortable and loved !

I was very apprehensive hearing that my papa was going to be put into a home, however, that was probably one of the best decisions ever made. I scoured every corner of the internet to learn about this place, and have only ever seen amazing reviews. The staff here consists of the kindest folks I have ever met. They truly become family, and take on our families as their own. Especially Brandy and Olivia. I only met them for a brief time, but the love and care that they showed to my papa (Richard C) and my family will stay with me forever. Brandy was so patient and kind as she explained what was happening to my papa, and I asked a LOT of questions. If you are reading this as you are debating putting a loved one in a home, put them here. Blissful is truly a place full of love, peace, and well, bliss. Your loved one will be in the best of hands.

Blissful's home health team has been caring for mom in her home for the past 6 months, and the level of attention to detail, care, concern, and genuine love shown has been above & beyond what I ever could have expected. Now, mom is preparing to move into the Cottage as her care needs have progressed, and there's zero stress over the move. Mandi & her team have been more than caregivers for mom - they keep the family updated daily on care, and they've also functioned as sounding boards & emotional support for us, with zero judgment, through very difficult situations & decisions.They are just genuine, caring, kind & loving people - every last one of them. Thank you so much, Mandi!

My fears were dashed. Having a loved one in a care facility is not easy by any means. I don't know how many tears I've cried. The moment I started talking to Mandi, I knew there was going to be a difference. The first day my Mom arrived, Mandi told me I could stay here night and day with my Mom, I was speechless. Knowing my Mom's needs were not easy, I watched day after day, night after night, seeing them cater to her every need with dignity and respect as if she were their own family member.<br><br>The day she was going to get washed up she was concerned and they took the time to take her down to the shower and Jacuzzi tub area and talked her thru the process. She felt comfortable and was ready to go. When I left to give them privacy, I started crying as I walked down the hall. This time the tears were different, they were tears of relief, a let down of stress that had built up over the last several weeks from different situations. And my Mom, no tears since the first day of care here.<br><br>Thank you to ALL the caregivers and staff at Blissful Cottage!! I truly can't say enough good about you!! You all quickly became like family!!<br><br>I looked up 'Blissful' and one of the things it said was "It's an inner reality, a deep-seated contentment, that can even make bad situations better." 💞
