I was in the hospital and made sure they were aware of it. I got out and never heard from them to ask about continuing service. No phone call, nothing. I am sure they would say that I should have told them I was out but my friend was in at the same time and they contacted her to see when she was out to continue her service so that wasn't the reason. Not dependable at all.

Not a good company for home health especially if you’re bed ridden. They send out people who are not equipped with simple house cleaning or bed bound patients.

This is a wonderful service provider. You’re in good hands with oh I got a guy he sells cable and you do a 24 hour promotion so you could check it out with Company Spectrum no he’s a black man have his own company and he thought he is playing at $20. his provider because they’re on time they’re precise they background check. They drug test all of their applicants and their applicants are all certified professionals. If you looking for someone to take care of your loved one to care for your Sibling or your mom, I would definitely use this service because they keep you in good hands..
