The agency director amber is very nice and has a kind heart. She's a hard worker and very business like. She goes above and beyond for her dsp's. I know for a fact that amber works constantly because she is constantly working and is always there for her Dsp's when they need her. She makes sure that the dsp have the necessary training they need to do their job correctly and professionally.

The worst experience of my life. We hired them for 24 hr around the clock care for my sister dying of Cancer. The fee was $7,500 for two weeks. They demanded a deposit of $7,500 which we gave them. Some of the caregivers were not trained @ all and had never taken care of a ill pt. The Hospice nurse called me @ work to report that when she went for her visit the condition my sister was in was appalling. She was soiled and hanging out of the bed with the caregiver sitting in a chair next to her. She moved her to Hospice House immediately. There was many other issues but now we can’t get the deposit back. We had to pay them for the two weeks they would not take it out of the deposit. The contract in small print said they could hold it for 90 days. It’s been over 90 days and still don’t have it back . My sister passed and we need it for my Brother in law’s care.I have reported them to the licensing board and to the Attorney General ‘s office. They are criminal and early stealing the sick and elderly’s money. Do not get involved with these people. Pam Azzariti
