I’m very happy with the care my family member has received at Biscayne Health and Rehabilitation Center. From the moment we arrived, everyone has been so kind, caring, and friendly. You can tell the staff truly cares about the patients and treats them with respect and compassion. One thing I really appreciate is the atmosphere. It’s warm, cheerful, and full of positive energy, which makes a big difference during recovery. The therapy team has been wonderful, and the care and attention they give each patient is outstanding. It gives me peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such good hands. Thank you to the entire staff for everything you do. I highly recommend Biscayne Health and Rehabilitation Center.

I’m only here for a little while, but to be honest, my heart hurts for the folks who got no choice but to stay here for good. It’s upsetting in a way I didn’t even think it would be. Last Wednesday was it for me. They threw this big ol birthday party for the receptionist and I’m sorry, but she don’t do much besides sit there talking (more like hollerin) in her language to her coworkers all day long. And the whole place just stopped for her party like she was the queen of England or somethin. While that was goin on, the kitchen, the same kitchen everybody complains about because the food is cold or not even cooked right half the time, made special food for the workers. Not the residents. Not the rest of the staff. Just them. Meanwhile, there’s mornings we can’t even get a proper coffee or a little milk on our tray. I mean, how does that make any sense?? And then on top of that, the person who usually does activities and entertains the patients got pulled away from us, just to keep the workers company at their party. We had to sit inside and look out the windows while they had a good time. When I asked Carol why we didn’t have nothin to do, she told me straight up, “well Mark approved this.” Well that don’t surprize me. Mark is full of talk and no action. This place is just plain sad and real dissapointing. I can’t even imagine how the people who live here all the time must feel, because I’m only here temporary and I’m already tired of it.

The room that they put my mom in is filthy. My mom pressed the button to call the nurse, but no one came; we waited 30 minutes then, I went to the nurse's station. I saw 6 nurses at the station talking with the blue light flashing and alarm sounding which they ignored. I told the nurse that my mom needed her medication for pain because she had back surgery three days ago. The nurse said that my mom just got there and her medication is not there yet.

Visited a friend whose admitted for therapy after a bad fall. She was satisfied with the accommodation and the staff seem very nice. They responded timely to her request. They were polite and helpful. The patients were clean and seemed content
