BEWARE BED BUGS, MICE AND MAINTENANCE ISSUES. My mother moved here in October 2020 and has been being Bitten By Bed Bugs since her move in date. Immediately we advised management and our complaints were swept under the rug. Soon after we took matters into our own hands and sprayed and put down powder. We were told to remove all powder and Terminix would come out and spray. They came out and did nothing. Now my mom has bed bugs crawling on her kitchen counter. Also we advised management of issues with water leaking in the bathroom and cracking in the old flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen floor was replaced and it left a huge hole near the cabinet and mice started to come in. Now there is a mouse problem. Also after months, the water leak was patched and the dry wall never replaced. We have spoken with the old owners Ingerman and the new complex owners CSI Waldorf. There has been no resolution. We are currently in the process of getting legal representation and will be going to the news and health department. As long as she is paying her rent they don't care what happens to her. She called and spoke with the maintenance man Rico and told him she was getting bitten and requested he come and spray and he advised her that this is not a maintenance issue. We are completely disappointed with the treatment of this company and will continue to push until everyone knows what a disgusting place this is. I will be getting my mother out of here asap and this is a WARNING TO EVERYONE, NEVER MOVE HERE.
