When I had the misfortune of staying for six weeks between surgeries at end of 2014 and beginning of 2015, the *care* I received from one the RNs bordered on criminal. The remaining nursing staff were all over the range from complete incompetence to a few caring and competent individuals. The nursing care was so bad that during the *brief* 6 weeks I was there both the assistant director of nursing and the director of nursing were fired. And from the sounds of it, the Administrator at the time has been replaced by a trainee. The food was inedible for the most part and I ordered food delivered when I was absolutely starving for something to eat. The place is a dump but on the bright side, you can play bingo once a week.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. My grandmother needed somewhere to rehab and we were told this was the best option. I am in awe that they're allowed to run this facility the way that they do. When we arrived my grandmothers bed was what looked like a gym mat. The worst part is that everything is filthy! The bathrooms are shared and have feces and urine left on the toilet, my grandmothers trash wasn't emptied for 2 days and was overflowing onto the floor and they did nothing. They forgot her medication regularly and left her sitting there in pain. When she received her meals they were either cold or soggy. I'm sure you can imagine they also tasted terrible. Our elders do not deserve this kind of treatment. EVER. Someone needs to be keeping a closer eye on this facility and get some employees in here who actually care.
