Toured and met the owners at Big Creek residential care home. Michelle and Ray were so friendly and caring. The residents I visited with seemed happy and well cared for. Not to mention, it was super clean. The residents are prepared their meals from the comfort of the large community space and kitchen. Nice neighborhood and surrounding area. I would feel very happy and safe it my loved one was to be placed here. What a blessing for people like the Wilson's.

After 2 very bad experiences, finding Big Creek was a life saver! Michelle and Ray are PRECIOUS!!! I finally feel like my Nana is safe and cared for. They are very open and will communicate with family. Their calm and loving spirit shows through in what they do. For the first time in 2 years my Nana says that she is happy! I could not be more thankful! Their home is beautiful and well kept. You can see that they take pride in what they do. This world needs more people like them!

We left my mother here while we went on vacation. I want to let you know that we could not have found a better place for her to stay. They are so friendly and very attentive to all of the needs and desires of their clients. My Mom felt good about being there and we were confident that she was in good hands while we were gone. Thank you Michelle and Ray!

Big Creek Senior Living has been able to provide me with companionship during all my doctor visits. Michelle is a wonderful cook and Ray stays with me while I do the treadmill and other exercises. I couldn't be better cared for.

My sister is currently living with the Wilsons and I couldn’t ask for better care for her. They are very attentive and responsive to her needs. I know that she is in a safe and loving environment. If I could give them, ten stars, I would!
