Concordia at Bethlen, formerly known as Bethlen Communities and Ligonier Gardens, is a continuing care retirement community in Ligonier, Pennsylvania, offering independent living, personal care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care. The community has served older individuals for over 100 years in this historic region of the Laurel Highlands.
