Nurses are cold, rude, and inattentive. I had my grandmother here while she recovered from her surgery and the nurses often ignored her or would be rough when helping her to the bathroom. They would ignore me when I asked for assistance in helping her with basic needs. As a home care aid myself it felt to me they didn’t feel any compassion for her and genuinely worked for money. I wouldn’t recommend Bethany if your loved one is recovering from a surgery or doesn’t have the mobility to do something’s for themselves. Bethany lacked compassion and empathy.

My mom has been here for 3 months and they are wonderful. The staff is caring and go beyond. The nurses are terrific and help to setup care. I feel so blessed that my mom is there. Thank you Bethany.

Staff is kind and takes time to resolve issues and advocate for my dad. Office staff walked us through the billing processes and the nursing staff coordinates with his doctor's office.

I’ve only been to Bethany at Silvercrest to drop off gifts, but I noticed the rooms are cozy with a nice bathroom and counter space. The place is always clean, and the nurses are friendly and helpful. The residents enjoy the food, and there are always smiles. Highly recommend them for their warm environment!

Great senior home, assisted living &care center.<br>I'm unsure of all services offered but the staff was nice friendly when I've visited friends having care done & for there stays.
