My mother spent her last days here. The staff was A+ in their caring and respect. Everything was explained in full before steps were taken. The entire staff helped in any way they could. I have never had a positive experience in a medical facility until this one. They followed up and took care of things I had no idea of. Can not recommend them enough

Update: I believe this facility, in conjunction with hospice, was the sole reason my parent declined so fast and the lack of communication to myself to let me know how bad they were could have got me and my brother there a day prior to see them. They clearly have records of a decline but did not call me. It was too late when my brother called me, not Bennett Hills. The staff said my parent was just sleeping! They were so wrong! She was unresponsive. To the owner: I did call and email. No response. ********************************************************** I wish I could write a good review and although some folks at this facility are great, they fail in other aspects of care for their residents. Do your research before going here and unless you are desperate and need a place, you might want to go somewhere else. The building is dated and some things are in bad need of renovation, they do not have a regular cleaning staff or days they clean as far as I could tell, They do not follow up on things said and when confronted, one in particular outright lied. They play favoritism to the residents so if one is doing something that is hurting the other in the room, they do nothing to mitigate it. The place overall is a sad place that does not do much for residents moral so avoid it if at all possible.

Bennett Hills rehabilitation center is a good place to go cause all staff personal and nurses and cna's and physical therapy help everyone there and I like it there cause they treat me like family.

I have known many of the staff at Bennett Hills over the years, and they are a very compassionate group of care givers.

Most of the staff were kind and helpful. However the response time for the call light was very random. It ranged from a few minutes to over an hour! I had to call the desk on my phone to get their attention. Also the delivery of my medication was delayed several times because of a lack of communication between the staff. On at least four occasions I was not given a lunch or medication for my trip to dialysis. Twice I was not given part of my medication at all. It was the worst four weeks of my life. I would definitely not recommend this facility.
