Concerned hospice family feel Nurse does not involve family members and is basically unprofessional in a stressful situation.

Very low quality Hospice company! The RN Director for Twin falls was very unprofessional she had came in to do the admission for our family member dressed in a tank top with cleavage showing and her devil tattoo very visible on her chest. Every time she would come see him her tops were very revealing that made all our family feel very uncomfortable. She was always in a rush not really taking our concerns in consideration. We would express ourselves and she seemed to not care with such an arrogant demeanor. I would call the office when I had concerns and the secretary Kori was always very rude, she always made me feel like our calls were a bother. I don't understand how a hospice company has staff like these kind of people working at a Hospice company when they are supposed to be there to assist. However, the rest of the staff was compassionate. When Sandy the director didn't come to see him, the other nurses that would come always made us feel a lot more at ease.
