I am not sure who hires the staff,they are lazy.2 hours before a call light is answered.What if someone was having a real emergency they would be dead!!!!The place has the same wallpaper from when i used to volunteer in high school i have been out of school since 1981 if that says anything.You would think the money they charge they could do some type of upgrades.My mom needs oxygen 24/7.Today no one came to help her hook it up in her wheelchair to go eat in the dinning room,never came to check on her to see why she did not eat.I had to call them because no one answered her light that was on for over 3 hours.Then when the staff brang her food they slammed it down and was rude.Maybe there should be more supervision to make sure they are doing there jobs.Mind you it is 7 pm .Just pathetic very disappointed.The staff must have no respect for there own parents,what if someone treated their parent that way .Please do better for all of your patients!!!!Very overpriced for the care they receive or lack there of.

As my mother is being treated by the rehab for a small stroke and heart issues at ninety three years of age does not have a cell phone Sometimes it is possible. One of the nurses will use their own cell phone, but they do not have phones in the room. And sometimes you have to bring her out of a room and up to the desk to use the desk at the phone.In this day and age, I think we could figure out a better way to communicate. As i'm in texas and this is the only way I get to communicate with her.Thank you

This is a good facility. Leadership is knowledgeable - Administrator and Director of Nursing are dedicated, experienced and kind.

My mother is in rehab. The people I have seen interacting with my mom have been caring, compassionate, and encouraging. Nettie has been wonderful! She was clear, but very empathetic with my mother about what needs to happen in order to go home. She is happy to help and shows genuine concern! She was able to connect us with outside agencies. We feel like we have a friend watching out for mom when we are not there.

My father was in the rehabilitation wing for a month, he loved the staff. The staff are caring people that love their job. We can't thank the Bay enough for the care they gave our dad. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Bay for your loved ones. They not only helped our dad, they care about the family members too. Big hug to all the staff at The Bay, keep up the great work. Nettie, Traci and Jill, forever grateful. ♥️
