My Mom recently moved into Willowick Memory Care in Beloit, and our experience has been wonderful from day one. Chimel, the Executive Director, and Desiree, the Nurse Manager, have been incredible. They are kind, compassionate, attentive, and have truly made Mom feel at home.<br><br>When we moved Mom’s belongings in on a Sunday, Chimel was there to meet us and help make the transition as smooth as possible. When we were unable to arrange transportation quickly for a doctor’s appointment, the staff accompanied Mom and stayed with her for two hours to make sure they fully understood her medical situation. Desiree has said more than once, “We want to take care of her at home and avoid trips to the ER.” That level of care and commitment means so much to our family.<br><br>The facility is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff are consistently helpful, friendly, and caring. Most importantly, we have peace of mind knowing Mom is being treated with dignity and genuine compassion.<br><br>My sister and I highly recommend Willowick Memory Care to any family looking for a safe, caring, and welcoming home for their loved one.
