Love this center. The staff are one of a kind. Truly caring and Inviting. It reminds me of the good old days where patient care comes 1st and everything else comes second. It is truly a beautiful and warm feeling when you see people taking care of people.

My brother was transferred to this facility back on 02/17/26 without my consent or approval. I'm his sister and his POA I was told by the case manager here is Wisconsin by the name of Annette at select specialty hospital there were no other option which was a straight up LIE. When I spoke with the social worker name Jazmon who is the sweetest person ever that I have come in contact with at the facility I told her my family never approved for my brother to be transferred out of Wisconsin. So, she told me she would do everything possible to get my brother transferred back to Wisconsin or IL and she has kept her word and she found a place in IL that is willing and able to take my brother. Well today I get some disappointing news about the transfer BELLBROOK REHABS CORP OFFICE is refusing to split the cost of the transfer with the new facility after they said they would. Now guess who has to suffer because of this the patient my brother and my family. The only thing it's about is the money they don't give a DAMM about the patient it's all about the MONEY for this facility and the corporate office and the bosses. I have reached out to the administrator 2 times and left MARIE a v/m and have yet to hear back from her. If I have to I will be reach out to any news outlet that will listen and I will be filing a complaint with the state of Ohio Ombudsman office.

Do not I repeat do not send your family or your loved ones here unless you just want to walk in and find them in a bed 24 seven and no employees around. the food is atrocious I can’t believe what they tried to serve Their residence for food. They don’t answer call lights. The place is dirty and Dingy. So once again, do not send your family members here if you really want them to be cared for

This place is terrible. My mom was there for 3 months and the care she received was terrible. They use a lot of contract help from an employment agency. Not all, but most of those employees don't do their jobs and just don't care. She was left in unchanged diapers a couple times for 48 hrs. Her blood pressure pills were not given to her for several days which led to her having a stress heart attack and going to the ER. There are a lot of nice caring employees there but this place is terribly managed. 12/6/24 update. She unfortunately returned for additional rehab after being released from the hospital. Now their kitchen has issues with employee turnover and the staff quitting. They're meals were not great before, but somehow they've found a way too make them even worse. See attached video.

My mother has been in this facility for over a year. This is a new experience for me as I am watching the aging process first hand! When looking to 'in trust' people with one of the most important people on your life, the decision is very hard! Although they have their staffing challenges, as do ALL facilities at this time, I cannot speak highly enough of this staff!! From Pam the director, the nursing staff, aids, maintenance, the business manager, even kitchen staff has been a Blessing to both my mom and my family. I would urge anyone going through this phase of life to remember, you get out, what you put in!! Be involved, ask questions, stay on top of it! They are there to help! Thank you ALL for making this transition easier on us!
