We worked with an agency to find Bella Terra Wheeling for memory care for my mother a little over a year and a half ago. Upon her admittance, it was clear everyone caring for my mother was truly vested in her well being. The Admissions Director, Kandi, is beyond amazing. From the moment we connected with her for a walk through prior to admitting my mother to this very day, she has been nothing but extremely helpful, even if things aren't necessary in her wheelhouse, she's always there to give insight and direct us to the right people. From Kandi to all the staff we've encountered, from nurses and cleaning/ maintenance staff, even the front desk staff, everyone there knows my mother and greets her with warmth everytime we visit. The nursing staff is also fantastic. My mother's main nurses, Raj and Daisy, know her well and take great care of her, and they are diligent about keeping my family informed about any updates with my mother. Even the nurses that take over if they aren't available or have different shifts have all been fantastic. The facility requires check-ins to discuss any concerns or updates from either the staff or family regularly which helps us to feel like we have a full understanding of my mother's day to day care and overall well being. The facility is clean and well kept and is always keeping their residents busy with activities and a fun environment. Admitting loved ones to memory care is a hard journey and the staff at Bella Terra Wheeling helped us get through it every step of the way. We're lucky to have found this place for my mother.

I am so thankful for my sister being placed at Bella Terra for rehab. I was worried to let her stay there because of a previous rehab she was at before. I can't thank them enough for everything that was done for her. She was placed on the 3rd floor for 4 months. I watched how the staff was with the residents. They are so amazing and caring for the residents. They let you know what is going on with your loved ones, They are patient and will get you the answers to the questions you have. I am very thankful to Kandi who helped me with all my questions and concerns about her stay there. Daysi was her nurse and Ubaldo Ozuna was her cna. I leaned on them a lot while Michelle was there, they are such wonderful people. Delores is a wonderful nurse as well. The CNA'S Demi,Maria Kirti,Melissa, and Lulu are wonderful and very caring as well. The activity aides Precious,Milanie,Jeni,Star, and activity director's Katia, and Kim.They go above and beyond to help the cna's with handing out the food as well as getting to know the residents.Sean,Mirla who work with the residents individually. Tom and the rest of physical therapy department,Freddy from maintenance, the 3rd floor cleaning staff.Everyone there are welcoming and caring and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs long term care or rehabilitation.

My sister is in the memory care unit on the 3rd floor. Often when I am visiting her a wonderful CNA named Melissa is taking care of her, and she is so warm and friendly and caring. I feel so thankful that Melissa works with dementia patients because she's so kind to my sister. Thanks Melissa
