I came to this apartment Complex looking for a place for 55 and over community. I’ve been there on several occasions and every time I went there was a different manager. The last time 7/23/2025 manager name. Lucero and the lease agent name is Angel. This is the 55 and over community both of them look up under the age of 30 so what do they know about 55 and older community and then they lied I asked them questions. They lied they stop answering my phone calls thank God I didn’t get accepted into Apt and into that building from reading the reviews. They can’t keep a manager. I experienced that myself and I did reach out to the corporate office. No one even reply to the email. The building look nice but management Is horrible, This is the people business and if management can’t consider the tenant I don’t know why they even in his business. Beware It seems like bait motel once you get in. It’s hard getting out.

Bradford Terrrace is Senior living at its best . My Mother who is 80+ has lived here for 20 years and she loves it . It's well kept up and the People that work here are very helpful.

I have lived here for the last 4 years and seen it change management property got sold. and a new owner came in and it has gone downhill. property has not been taken care of, management is never in the office, there are no activities, and rent has gone up, I do not suggest anyone move here.

Post-millennial-built senior housing facility with over 200 units in two 3-story buildings. Good amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, workout room, common area, library, etc.) Place appears well maintained, but hopefully a recent change in ownership will not have a negative effect. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, as are a Veddan temple and the local high school (which can sometimes be heard at night). Overall, not a bad place, and prices could be considered moderate.

This place is awful, the laundry rooms are filthy, the washing machines put more filth on your clothes than they had on them when they went in. The Dryers have ink/who knows what all over inside of them and when you go to the office to discuss anything they are either out for their two (2) hour lunch or closed. There is no security the new television was stolen right from the lobby. They do not repair anything, they send out surveys asking what repairs you need, but do not ask who you are or what unit you are in. Letters have been sent to the owners of the property and were never even responded to with so much as a screw you. They just ignore you instead. So sad that seniors have to live like this on fixed incomes and nobody cares enough to do anything including those who work there and it is their job! I am disgusted and will be filing formal complaint with the city!
