My great grandma stayed for a little while and I have to say, this is the best nursing home I've been in. Staff were amazing and very welcoming. The home was clean and open, and the staff were very helpful and so sweet. Thank y'all very much.

My parents moved to Beehive North July 2024. My dad passed away in February 2026 and my mom remained there until May 2026. The staff there treated them very well and kept me informed of any health/medical issues. Their apartment was always clean and laundry was always done. There were a couple times that my mom’s laundry was mistakenly taken to the incorrect room so labeling clothing is important. When I was moving her out of North, I discovered a few items were missing; some of these were found in another room. A few items were never found. I was told by Jeff and Dori that if they weren’t found they would “make it right” but this never happened.<br>They enjoyed their meals and there were other options available if something was being served that they did not like. The monthly menus always had a nice variety. There were many activities available; they participated in a few of them and really liked it when musicians came to entertain them. It’s been 10 months since I was at this location so I don’t remember many names but want to thank everyone who cared for them while they were there: Elena, Justin, Mary, Avery, Amber, April, Jacqui, there were 3 young men all their names began with a “D”, Nicole (hairdresser), and all the others.<br>In May, it was recommended my mom be moved to Beehive Memory Care. Initially, I was beyond angry. Each time my mom had a dramatic life change, her condition worsened so moving her scared me. Once she was moved into house 11 and settled in, she did very well. She would come out of her room and sit in the living room. All the care givers were very sweet to her. She enjoyed her meals and many times had 3 breakfasts at one sitting.<br>I’m going to miss many of their names but want to thank everyone even those names I missed and please forgive any misspellings: Cadence, Savannah, Rebecca, Vanessa, Emily, Ethan (from a different house but mom loved him), Nicole (hairdresser), Maintenance: Paul, Kyle, Jonathon.<br>There were 2 things I found inappropriate. One day they were having difficulty peeling hardboiled eggs. This was being done without gloves and one of the women was eating some of the eggs while peeling them. Another time one of the women accidently knocked my mom’s cupcake on the floor. She started to give it back to her but stopped when she remembered I was there. The 5 second rule does not apply in a facility.

I can’t say enough good things about Beehive North. The staff and caregivers were outstanding to my mom while she resided there. If you have an elderly parent or relative that needs assisted living I highly recommend Beehive.

I can’t say enough good things about BeeHive Homes of Helena. The staff here are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make residents feel like family. The home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel more like a community than a facility. Every time I visit, the place is clean, peaceful, and full of friendly faces.<br><br>I came in around 4PM and two young ladies from House 13 directed me to the office and they were very helpful and respectful ladies! They have some great staff at BeeHive homes!
