I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mallory and the care she has given my loved one at Beehive Homes. She goes above and beyond to make sure they feel cared for, respected, comfortable, and loved. It truly means so much to see someone care so deeply about another person who isn’t even their own family. Mallory treats my loved one with the same compassion, patience, and kindness that you would hope someone would show their own family member. Her dedication and genuine heart do not go unnoticed. Knowing that someone like Mallory is there caring for my loved one gives our family so much comfort and peace of mind. She is truly an amazing person, and Beehive Homes is lucky to have her. Thank you, Mallory, for everything you do!

Beehive is so awesome! The staff is amazing, especially Mallorie! Our loved one was so well cared for. We felt like when we would leave from a visit that it was like he was still being cared for by family. We always felt like he was in good caring compassionate hands.

As is the case with most businesses, the quality of service depends heavily on its employees. House manager, Mallorie Lawson, hired just over a year ago, has been a breath of fresh air. Since her hiring, Mallorie has worked diligently to make BeeHive the best eldercare facility in Alamogordo. She has a knack for hiring and has hired many excellent staff members. That said, she does not shy away from firing those who need to be fired. Unfortunately, we have also lost some very good caregivers due to the pay and/or lack of educational opportunities or advancement.<br><br>At the Alamogordo BeeHive, doctors' orders are followed. Families' requests are fulfilled. And residents can feel safe and at peace, knowing they are truly being taken care of. BeeHive boasts a higher staff to resident ratio than many other facilities. With only 15 residents in the house, there are 3-4 staff members on site during the day. Although there is only 1 caregiver on site overnight, managers are on call 24/7, and a second caregiver will come in the middle of the night, if needed. When a doctor asks which facility my parent lives in, and I say BeeHive, the doctor always responds saying, "I've heard good things about BeeHive."

My Mom was a resident of BeeHive Rio Rancho #2 for a little over a year, when she started declining and we could no longer take care of her or leave her alone safely. Everyone there, from Megan to Kasarah, all the caregivers like Chloe and Ari, were always so kind and caring. They were always patient, even when Mom wasn't. When my sister passed away (not a resident) and then my Mom, everyone has also been very kind to me. I always felt like Mom got the care and attention she needed. Thank you very much for that.
