Very clean, and staff very friendly and caring. Manager was an angel. Loved her. Beware: They don't tell you that they share your loved one's personal belongings. I bought my mom all new sheets. Sometimes she got them back, sometimes not. Many of her clothes disappeared, and they brought her many that were not hers, especially ones not even her size. She had four pair of beautiful designer glasses she rotated. By the time she died, there was only one pair left. When she asked the woman stealing them what she was doing in her drawer, the employee gave her make-believe reasons, all of which took advantage of the dementia she had her last four months. Like most similar homes, the help will steal you blind. Don't take anything of value. The owner can't control the honesty/dishonesty of help, so I don't hold the owner responsible. Just an unfortunate reality when you place your loved ones in these homes.

There are not words to describe the care my wife received while at Beehive!! The Staff from the owner on down were so caring and respectful. Everyone there treats the residents like Family! The facility is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Meals are all home cooked and very good. If it were not for my wife’s condition changing, she would still be at Beehive! Because of my Mother and now my wife, I have first hand experiences with a number of assisted living facilities in the Lubbock area, and Beehive stands at number one on all considerations! If you ever find yourself in need of assisted living for a loved one, make sure you visit with Amanda at Beehive!

I found Behive Nutrition this past weekend and I fell in love with the shop and the tea. The owner was very sweet and the tea was amazing. I spent the weekend in Lubbock and went back Sunday and today to get the same tea it was my favorite after the first try. Thank you Behive Nutrition 🐝!

I have a friend that was at the BeeHive for about 6 weeks. I rated this 5 stars because of the staff, facilities, and the cleanness of the facility and rooms. Staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The meals were always on time. Just an outstanding stay and helpful in every. Would definitely recommend. Filled with honey up to the top!

While the nurses and staff are caring and keep it pretty clean, this place only deserves 2 stars because of their "supply sharing" policy. They require you to provide bedding, clothes and personal tolietries, but they share everything between residents. I strongly disagree with this policy. We have all of her personal toliertries on auto ship but yet she runs out because they give them to other residents. I feel like they should provide these items at an additional charge if this is going to be their policy, and other residents should not become our financial burden. She has a very personal throw that was made for her with all of her grandkids names and pictures on it and we found it on another lady in the lobby the last time we visited. I purchased a luxury set of sheets for her when she moved in that I have never seen on her bed again. All of her clothes disappeared and when we addressed this with the manager, we were told that our grandmother told the nurses to throw them away. Our grandmother is there because she is no longer able to make decisions for herself and they should have never allowed this to happen, if thats even what really happened. Her phone charger has now disapeared, twice and they blamed it on her for loaning it out. She is a loner and I highly doubt this is what happened. We put her name on the last new one and the nurses should have returned it if it was in someone elses room. Anytime there is an issue with something being gone, they blame my grandmother when they are supposed to be responsible for her decisions while in their care. Bottom line, they need to be better about keeping all of the residents personal items PERSONAL and quit sharing everything with everyone unless they want to provide these items.
