When it was time for me to take my grandfather to get care at the facility for the elderly, I was recommended to look into this facility so I went to personally check out the place in person and immediately after talking to the owner, I felt confident that it would be a perfect place for him. It's well organized, clean and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this elderly facility if you are looking for a top notch care for your family. Overall, I'm giving this facility five stars on my grandfather's behalf.

My aunt is currently staying at this facility, and trusting others with someone you love is never easy. Since being here, she’s been happy, comfortable, and always speaks highly of the staff and care she receives. What impressed our family most is how clean, organized, and professional everything is. Despite how demanding elderly care can be, the hygiene and overall environment are consistently excellent. Seeing how well my aunt is treated has given us so much peace of mind. We truly trust and appreciate this place because they care for residents with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. Thank you Rosemont Villa!

My mother stayed at Rosemont for about a year and a half before she passed. We were very pleased with how she was cared for the entire time she was there. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in supporting her, as her dementia was quite severe as time went on. The meals were healthy and always home cooked. My mom’s room was kept neat and they did an excellent job with her hygiene care. We were referred to Rosemont from friends and have no regrets. When it was time to put her on hospice, the staff were very supportive. Having family visits was easy. Taking her out for day trips was also easy. Romeo and Gloria, Rosemont staff, always looked after my mother and let me know if they had any concerns about the nurses who would come for her care. We are truly grateful for the support and care as my mom prepared to leave this earth.

Our family’s experience with Rosemont Villa was extremely positive. The caregiver’s were like family to us, warm and caring. We trusted them completely with our uncle who was a resident there for two years. If I ever need a residential care facility again, Rosemont will be my first call.

If I could give more than five stars, I would give at least triple. I can’t say enough about Rosemont Villa. In my opinion, they are the Gold Standard in residential care homes. My childhood friend was a victim of the Eaton fire in Pasadena and had to be relocated to other assisted living facilities. Her alternative accommodation was a large institutional type of facility. She wasn’t at all happy about the overall care and responsiveness, and wanted to be relocated elsewhere, preferably to her hometown of Riverside, CA. I explored several options for her checking with friends’ recommendations and using my own experience with three family members. I found Rosemont Villa to be perfect placement situation for her. It is not a “nursing home institutional” model. It is a lovely warm, welcoming home environment, smaller and much more personal in nature. My friend has mobility issues but is still able to articulate and assess her level of care. She is very happy here. She is impressed that the care givers are so attentive to the different needs of their various patients/residents. I highly recommend Rosemont Villa for their loved ones. You can’t go wrong.
