We came to Beaver Dam Nursing and Rehab today with our good truck. All the employees and residents were very friendly, happy, and sweet. I went inside to use the restroom, expecting the "usual" smell. To my surprise it smelled good in there, the lobby was super clean, the restroom was clean, everyone looked happy and were so inviting. From someone who has been employeed by many nursing homes and assisted living facilities, this means something to me! Super proud of their team and can't wait to visit again!

They are my family, and go above and beyond what you would expect from a facility. The activities department is out of this world! I always tell everyone I know if they have a loved one that needs care this is the place they need to go to feel at home
