I have visited this facility several times to visit family friends and each and everytime I go I’m surprised on how good the staff here is. From nursing to therapy they all care so much. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled nursing!

My wife received outstanding care at Beaver Dam Health Care Center. Every staff member we met was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about her recovery. The nurses, aides, and therapy team went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. We are truly grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend Beaver Dam Health Care Center to anyone looking for excellent care.
